Hi. Big fan of yours since CSA blog(even thought i only discovered it when it was already dead). You seem to be a polymath, having knowledge in very different areas, from psychology, to philosophy to AI. I too have very different interests, but in certain areas it is very difficult to know where to start. Can you tell me how i should begin in areas like Political Science/Economics/History?

By the way, what’s your thoughts on the:
1- penrose-lucas argument against strong AI?
    2- Searle’s chinese room argument?
    3- The ORCH-OR model?
4- Is there a mathematical model of consciousness, or are we (still) just clueless on how the brain gives rise to consciousness?
    My regards, from brazil.
